Privacy Policy

Effective March 17, 2025

ThreadTrack, LLC ("ThreadTrack," "we," "us") operates the websites threadtrack.com and threadtrack.io. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through the contact form on this site: your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We do not collect any other personal data.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it, share it with marketing platforms, or use it for any other purpose.

Email delivery

Contact form submissions are transmitted through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend receives your name, email address, and message in order to deliver the email to us. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of analytics. We do not track visits, sessions, or behavior on this site.

Google Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google's servers receive your IP address and browser information as part of the standard HTTP request. We don't control this and Google may log it according to their own policies. If you'd prefer to avoid this, you can disable web fonts in your browser.

Data retention

Emails received through the contact form are retained in our inbox and deleted when they're no longer needed. We don't maintain a separate database of contact form submissions.

Your rights

If you've contacted us and want to request deletion of that information, email us at info@threadtrack.io and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. Given the simplicity of what we collect, we don't anticipate significant changes.
